In April 2027, the Regulator of Social Housing is introducing a new and developing transparency standard for landlords to meet, known as STAIRs (the Standard for Tenant Access to Information Requirements).
The Government has identified broad categories of information we should publish, but without specifying exactly which documents we have to provide, how long we should keep them for, or the format we should provide them in.
This Publication Scheme represents our current interpretation of the STAIRs requirements. It reflects our commitment to openness, accountability and transparency.
